Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

I use it to setup and change users as employees leave the company, join the company and switch roles. Also update the call routing to users that need to be on certain call groups

Pros

  • User interface is easy to navigate
  • modifications are easy to find
  • analytics information if a great addition

Cons

  • changing users on the devices that requires a reset
  • enterprise analytic reporting
  • AI showing where we are missing calls into the business
  • No longer need a third party vendor to adds and modifications
  • our IT team can do everything remotely
  • Costs is higher but its worth it
