Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We use GoTo Connect for all our voice communication Needs. The cell app and texting are quite useful for mobility and communications with those who would rather text. We also use call recording for quality assurance with clients. We aren't always in the office so the cell app is quite valuable to assist us in not missing calls.

Pros

  • Cell App-Simple to Use
  • Admin Portal is very straight forward
  • Text to Email assures I don't miss a Text

Cons

  • AI Reception needs to be able to access a database more easily
  • Costs of the service can be an issue for clients
  • We had Basic phone lines and immediately saw a savings over that service
  • The Mobile app has helped us catch more calls. Some resulted in Sales and we may not have gotten those without the app.
The admin portal is fairly simple. I like the call flows in the Dial Plan for simplicity as well as the schedule. I would like to see the ability to enroll button programming across multiple phones at once. This is fairly cumbersome and time consuming to program phones one at a time.
Phone and Messaging are really powerful Tools. I believe other platforms for Video meetings are more advanced and simpler to use and more robust.
The customer service and interface are no Comparison. In my opinion, GoTo Connect is far better at cloud voice than Verizon

Once again, the mobility feature is Big. It also works well for us when we do not want clients to have our Mobile number.
