Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

GoTo Connect is used as our phone system for our whole company at multiple locations in Texas and Alabama. Users access via deskphone and softphone. It is managed by the IT Department. We have been using it for over 3 years and are very happy with our service. The tech support is 5 stars!

  • Provishing the phones are sometimes an issue.
  • I would rather a number to call rather than needing to create a ticket on the support site and having to wait for a tech to call us.
  • The support sites search function could be improved.
  • Easy Administration for IT Team members
  • Analytics and reports for our Sales Team are easy to give granular access to.
  • Easy access to directories and users really enjoy voicemail to email features
Planning out your phone system archeticture and implementing workflows was very important when setting up phone system. Making sure your rings groups and the menber of each ring group are also very benefical durin implementation if they are going to be used. The implementation was easy and seamless. I highly recommend this product.
It is a very robust and feature rich administration panel. It makes it very easy to onboard users. Synching changes is also very easy. The Admin panel has so many features and simplifies administering the phone system. This is one of the best experiences of the product. It has really made managing the phone system so much easier.
It is very similar, but with even easier administration which allows administration with a smaller IT Team. One of the main reason we selected GoTo Connect was for its cost and feature packed admin panel.

We use GoTo Connect in our onboarding and offboarding for all users. I love how simple it makes ring groups. The direct line feature is also very valuable to our organization. We creat many stand alone phones for our sales departments and that can just login when other members of the Sales Team travel to different locations.
