Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting is great for hosting webinars, online group discussions, and connecting with both internal and external teammates, stakeholders, and customers. Typically the organizations I assist prefer to use GoTo Meeting for large group presentations where most folks are muted and off-camera while viewing the presenters.

- The platform needs to users to download a file to use it in a desktop environment
- That platform could benefit with better integration with Outlook and Gmail

- We can easily scale meeting sizes using GoTo Meeting
For large webinars and external customer-facing meetings, GoTo Meeting is a strong solution. Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, are alternatives I prefer to use when speaking to smaller teams and for other types of connections due to their improvement in UI, mobile apps, and ease of use.
