Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We use it as an alternative to Skype for business because we thought it was a more secure way to communicate between us. We use it as well for external communications with clients to showcase our products. At that time it was super useful for us and on the security side, it was a good point as well.
- Quick and fast access
- Multi device support works well.
- When providing the IT suport works fine
- The pricing could be adjusted for early adopters
- Competitors advance it way further
- The lack of updates may be a reason to change
- If we close a deal using the software is already paid itself.
- Now seems a little bit old-fashioned
- Updates could be more frequent
in terms of security is less known makes it safer. We still use the software because we rely on it since day one. We understand that new alternatives are widely used but we still trust this software for its reliability. For corporate use is cheaper than its competitors.
