Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting

GoTo Meeting is a good way to get users and meeting attendees on a meeting that is accessible and quick to set up. It is also very good at recording meetings - especially if they are needed to be used for training or for further discussion.

Pros

  • Flexibility in joining.
  • Accessibility
  • Ability to support clients with multiple platforms.
  • Recording

Cons

  • Do a bit more with integration with Marketing platforms.
  • Make it clearer where they compete against Microsoft Teams, especially when that comes to Microsoft Office.
  • Make it clearer why to choose them vs. Zoom for meetings and Webinars.
  • Got team together with consultants working on our projects to keep them going.
  • Kept remote team members up to speed on what local teams were doing.
  • Allowed new staff to watch older meetings and catch up on decisions made so far.
GoToMeeting is as good as any of the other platforms. I liked it because it allowed us to quickly start meetings with team members who may not have been using Microsoft Suite or any Microsoft software.

It's great when: -you need to set up a meeting where people need to access via phone and laptops, and in the office/remote -you need to set up a meeting quickly -you need to set up a meeting with a Prospect or others from outside your organization.
