Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We were drawn to use GoTo Meeting when we needed a VOIP service in that we could transfer calls between locations in different states, and we weren't able to do that with our respective phone provider. GoTo was an option that came with VOIP service that came highly recommended and was a cost-effective solution. It was feature rich and allowed us to use an app on our phones in order to make phone/video calls while on the go without being tethered to an office.

- Able to connect to a meeting through a browser rather than having to download dedicated software.
- Price point is very competitive.
- Support was outstanding over the phone and through email.
- Video quality wasn't on par with other platforms.
- A lack of familiarity/adoption discouraged other users.
- We dropped a fragmented system of landlines between sister locations and were able to save hundreds each year with more VOIP lines.

We made the eventual switch from GoTo to Zoom for three reasons: there was some missing functionality when it came to setting up a localized call center, the video quality was better over zoom, and call recording wasn't up to par if we wanted to go back and audit calls with search functionality.
