Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
GoTo Meeting is great for video conferencing any/all of your business contacts and internal organization collaborators. Like Zoom, BlueJeans, and Skype for Business, GoTo Meeting allows users to seamlessly connect with clients and customers to present ideas, projects, timelines, solutions, contracts, and much more. Our organization uses it to securely stay connected with valuable business partners so that we can stay closely connected to their needs and our solutions handling of their needs.
- Secure and stable video connections with anyone and anywhere.
- High Definition video conferencing with 100's of people at once.
- Screen sharing and presentation modes to provide more vivid context.
- At times, connection failure or slow connection does occur.
- Audio from calls can be improved and sound better.
- Random application crashes occasionally occur.
- Positive: Staying close to client and making sure they have the best customer service.
- Positive: Creating higher client conversion rates by being present on calls.
- Negative: When technical issues occur on GoTo Meeting the client is left wondering how professional we are.
GoTo Meeting closely stacks up to other video conference platforms. That being said, Zoom seems to have the best integration for businesses, while GoTo Meeting has some of the best security I have seen in a video conferencing platform. GoTo Meeting is fairly seamless in comparison to others, but lacks some of the more mature technical integrations that other more established platforms share.
