Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Meeting
We use this in addition to Teams in order to have conference calls with internal and external people. Some external customers use GoToMeeting as their primary conferencing tool.
I would say that overall, the conference tools are very similar. I do feel like GoTo Meeting has less features, but this makes it simpler to use.

- Synchronization with Office
- Ability to edit and share documents live inside the app
- Max number of participants is low if you want an all-company meeting
- It costs money and Teams is included with our Microsoft Subscription
- Teams is an all in one place and seems to be the preferred option
Very basic and will require you to likely user other software. I think this is why people prefer to use teams because they can do so much in one place. It is way more than just conferencing.
