Overall Satisfaction with GoToWebinar

We currently use GoToWebinar across our entire organization to hold weekly and monthly webinars for our clients, to display new and upcoming product features. This allows us to connect globally with our clients, answer questions about the product as they arise, as well as provide real-time updates about our product.

GoToWebinar, once you get past some of the initial navigation, is quite user friendly and intuitive. The features it provides pre-, during, and post-webinar can assist any business in a multitude of ways. GoToWebinar gives you the ability to see when and if your attendees are paying attention. It provides an easy method of asking a question and getting an immediate answer, and it allows you to reach a larger audience across the globe.
GoToWebinar has quite a few competitors however the pre-, during, and post-webinar features that GoToWebinar offers helps it to soar over these other options. GoToWebinar's email reminders to clients, Q/A during the session, and post-survey follow-up keep your client engaged from beginning to end and also provide the business data to help make the webinar experience more successful.
GoToWebinar is perfect for most companies that need to reach a large audience spanning multiple states and countries. It's easy to get started and use, and the navigation is intuitive. It also allows for recording of each session so you can send those out to clients or keep them internally. Additionally, GoToWebinar provides you with attendee data, allowing you to see how attentive each attendee is, if they have a question, or if they've left. GoToWebinar is not necessarily the tool you want to use to communicate within the company. Its robust features would be lost when you could have just used Skype.
