Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being used in my department as a way to automate the process we have to reach out to prospective clients and pipeline deals. It solves the problem of writing personalized emails manually by pulling in various data points from salesforce and other CRM tools to personalize your emails automatically.
- It saves us from manually emailing each individual.
They are quick to respond to the live chat and also follow up via email! I've loved working with our Groove CSMs.
