Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We utilize the calendar and email sync, and starting to work with flows and engagement options, too. All of our divisions of our sales department use [Groove]. This is a very user friendly tool and a huge time saver for our sales reps who don't have the bandwidth to ensure all the administrative work with activities is completed in Salesforce.

We previously had Cirrus Insight a few years ago, but Groove has so many more options to configure and can accomplish a lot more. Our end users didn't like the previous tool and weren't utilizing it like they should have. It has also been a cheaper investment for our company.

Lots of flexibility and possibilities for integration with Salesforce and gmail. We are very impressed with the support and dependability they provide. However, as an admin there is numerous configuration involved when we need to customize for our company and some of it is complex in determining where to troubleshoot. Adding users and updating their licenses can sometimes be a little challenging.
