Overall Satisfaction with Groove
It is being used by the sales department only. It allows us to save time and keep our comms organized when dealing with potential buyers.
Pros
- It integrates with LinkedIn and lets you stay in the Groove app while working.
- It allows you to call and log your notes in Groove as well.
- Helps you to organize which flows and plays you are using for each buyer.
Cons
- It can work on making the calls for you back to back on its own and maybe letting you log your notes after you get through all of them.
- If you could group log calls so you don't need to stop after each dial to log it.
- It has increased our revenue by 100%
- It has also increased our meetings booked by 60%
