Overall Satisfaction with Groove
Groove is being used in all the departments in my company. We needed a way to set up different email flows based on our customer list from Salesforce and track the performance of those emails. Previously we were sending emails directly to contacts without any insights into performance and creating a pretty heavy lift for our team. Groove’s ability to sync all data with Salesforce has exponentially streamlined our workflows.
