Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is used in order to help ADRs/BDRs reach potential customers. It makes our life easier because it has amazing filters and features. It is easy to use and a great thing is that it also has an extension. With this extension, you are notified when someone interacts with your content. I email about 300 people daily, make calls and use Sales Navigator in my work. Since this is all connected I have it all in one app. I don't have to switch back and forth between apps. It will also give you an insight into the popularity of your email template, your script and it will let you know on a daily basis what actions you need to take. I recommend Groove to businesses, it is a great app to use and it will make your work easier and your teamwork better.

I gave it a 10/10 rating because the platform is very easy to use and very self-explanatory. It gives you many abilities and gives you various different options on how to approach your daily steps. Groove has a good support system which is accessible by simply clicking on the chat icon.
By using templates saves me from a lot of copy-pasting action, and using formulas for the first name, last name, etc. can save you from manually writing in each name, company name, and so on. Sending 300 emails, or more, was once a huge task, but now instead of focusing on the quantity and meeting the daily requirement, you can focus on the quality of the emails.
Our company selected Groove because it proved itself trustworthy especially because it never has any bugs.

Groove is appropriate to use for Business Development Representative's work and managing a team. It is also good to use for tech support centers because it will give you an overview of all actions. It won't be as useful for teams that only have one action, such as call center.
