I've got my Groove back, Thanks Groove!
Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I have used the appointment setting ability for clients in the past but the most important and useful way Groove helps me is to keep track and prioritize the clients that have opened and reviewed my emails. It gives me insight into who hasn't as well so I know I need to follow up. Another amazing feature I use is reminders on my email and tracking my emails into Salesforce with the integration.
Pros
- Helps me manage my priorities.
- Reminds me when it's time to follow up.
- Tracks my correspondence saving me time with repetitive work.
Cons
- Honestly I don't have any.
- Email open tracking.
- Gmail integration email reminders.
- Salesforce integration copies comments so there isn't duplicate work.
- Definitely increased productivity.
- Less time documenting.
- Customer's ability to make appointments on a calendar in their time, causing more customer satisfaction.
I haven't used a program as robust and integrated as Groove before.
