Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Email reminder and tracker, linking the same to Salesforce with the help of their integration. The email reminder is a great tool not just for notifications but also for taking meeting notes and stuff. The tracker helps you understand if the recipient has opened you message & the necessary information has been conveyed. Salesforce integration helps link all conversations without any hassle.

Happy with the overall use but there are certain improvements with the UI and functionalities that can still be implemented for efficient utilization. For example, when we see the side icon on Gmail or calendar, the window always pops-up should you wish to move around the icon. It doesn't move around without the pop-up which becomes annoying at times.
Groove is the first product I used with such unique capabilities. Although I have used other related products, wasn't aware of their full capabilities.

Helps track email opens, helps with Salesforce integration and link helps set email reminders, helps making notes connected to emails, helps with calendar functionalities. The calendar integrations is also really helpful.
