Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove is the connection between Salesforce and Gmail. With this connection, I can track all my activity, from mails, calls, meetings or events. Also, Groove helps to create templates so we can optimize our time of response.

One of the most common ways to use Groove in the company is to send flows either if you want to connect with existing contacts or if you want to make outcold mails based on new leads you are creating in Salesforce.

Groove allows us to make a really good connection between all the platforms we use so that is very well suited. Also by having those type of assets like flows and templates creates a whole new level of productivity and the email response ratio increases by 50% or more.

Also, analytics in Groove is very important since there is where we can follow who's clicking the attached info we send.

It is well suited in all the tracking and connection between the platforms we use for example all the Gmail activity and Salesforce activity.
It is very suited for all the sales departments since it can help you to optimize your time with templates, creating personalized flows and looking at the analytics.
