Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We are using Groove as a tool for connecting our Gmail with Salesforce. We also do prospecting, scheduling meetings, managing templates and we produce reports that are shared with the BDR. The product is the central place for powering up our email and prospecting campaigns.

The tool looks modern and tidy. The tool is easy to learn and use; however, sometimes I feel overwhelmed with a ton of different features and UI that I don't use. I like the option to share and create email templates and produce a quick link for showing the calendar availability to the prospects I am in touch with.
The usability was really bad. The integration with Salesforce was not working as we expected. I was not the person responsible for testing, but from the time I have spent I feel that Groove is a much better and simpler tool.

The tools allow me to create a flow on a specific report from Salesforce. I can also use the template I prepared before and just modify it. With the Groove plugin on Chrome, I can follow who opened the emails and how many times. Once I see someone is actively checking our email or our previous discussion, I call them using Groove and check if something is going on.
