Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to coordinate scheduling both internally with colleagues and managers and externally with my customers. I find myself using it almost every day in my email communications as well as with my calendar. Groove makes it extremely easy to schedule meetings and include multiple people within my company as well as with my customers directly. My customers are able to select the best time and date for our meetings without having to correspond back and forth many times in order to book a meeting. Additionally, my calendar is automatically updated so that I can continue working on other more important things without having to do as much administrative scheduling work.

It's extremely easy to set up and use and I've had limited issues with the application itself. I've not had to contact their Support team for any additional help yet but I could imagine that they would be very helpful and responsive to any needs I have. They do have a lot of online resources to help with usability as well.
I'm not exactly sure of how much time I save each week from using Groove as I was lucky enough to be able to use Groove from the start of my beginning this role so I'm not sure how much additional time my day to day tasks would take without it. I could imagine that it saves a considerable amount of time and perhaps as much as 10-15 hours per week.
I don't have much experience with Gong so it's difficult to determine how the two stack up. In my limited usage of Gong, it seems less intuitive than Groove. I was able to eventually figure out how to do basic functions within Gong but still prefer using Groove for similar tasks.

Groove is very well suited for syncing your emails, calendar events, and invites, and keeping records of customer interaction in our CRM (Salesforce). I very much appreciate that you can send a link to invite customers to schedule meetings within their availability on your calendar. It involves little to no extra effort on my part and everything stays organized (complete with reminders). I cannot think of a scenario where it is less appropriate.
