My colleagues and I use Groove on a daily basis to track real-time email interactions, create mass marketing-style email flows, compartmentalize/categorize information, and strategize sales prospecting and outreach towards franchise restaurant partners across hundreds of global brands. By having this tool to manage the plethora of interactions we are involved in, we are able to have a competitive strategic advantage over other sales teams who do not have similar resources at their disposal. It also streamlines our overall approach by allowing us to efficiently send out email campaigns en masse instead of individually over the course of up to a week, which promotes effective multitasking and background automation.

While no tool can logically be deemed "perfect", Groove serves an array of simplified functions that are more powerful than may initially meet the eye. I think with further UI improvements, consistency, development, and feedback application, Groove can truly be an all-purpose tool that serves a striking amount of functions across a variety of industries and is already beginning to show much promise of that even within a company the size of Uber! Overall, it is a must-have tool for any marketing or sales representative, entrepreneur, or executive.
Speaking on behalf of my team, the usage of Groove's automation tools cuts the amount of time otherwise spent preparing and sending individual emails by a notable fraction, which multiplied on a daily, weekly, or even monthly basis makes a huge impact on our overall efficiency. Sending individual emails is a very time-consuming process, and managing those individual emails can be even more tedious without tracking and compartmentalizing tools such as Groove as well. With an ever-increasing number of sales prospects that our team is tasked with reaching out to, Groove is our most effective program in maximizing success within our book of business.
I think Groove definitely holds its own against the other well-known and widely-used tools like Salesforce and Chorus, and can even be used in part in conjunction with these tools and many more. Groove has a professional and promising User Interface already, and upon further development, could easily be an industry staple in the same way that these applications already are.

Based on my experience, Groove email Flow tools are very effective in allowing for mass displacement of marketing and outreach materials to a large number of prospects in a technologically-savvy way over the course of several days. This has allowed my team to reach a significant amount of business prospects in a relatively minute amount of time. Once those emails have been sent out, it is very useful to be able to track the status of each one to see when (and sometimes even where!) the email was opened to give us real-time info on how recipients are interacting with our messages. This has allowed us to do carefully-operated outreach and follow up as necessary in the most efficient way possible.
