Overall Satisfaction with Groove

  1. Syncing emails, meetings and contacts with Salesforce
  2. Sending Email Flows
  3. Reminders to f/u on certain tasks and emails

Pros

  • Salesforce syncing of emails and meeting is really helpful
  • Flows are an awesome way to keep in touch with large lists of contacts
  • Reminders are really helpful to keep track of open items

Cons

  • Perhaps I'm just not doing something correctly, but I'd like the option to auto-send the next email in a flow when the correct day arrives.

  • Faster outreach
  • Closed 1-2 deals b/c of Groove
  • Good for workload management to see in SF what ppl are working on
A few times I had to click around for certain settings but overall it's great!
I've used HubSpot for similar features but haven't done all the same things which I use Groove for.

I currently have lists of hundreds of contacts who I'd like to update re: new partnerships and product features. It would be impossible to email them one-by-one but flows allows me to do this in a really nice and easy way.
