Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I currently use Groove for outbound lead prospecting. This includes creating automated email flows, tracking weekly activities done either through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, or emails, and tracking opened emails. In addition to that, I occasionally use Groove for A/B testing to compare open and reply rates.

  • Groove has no ability to track LinkedIn messages currently, except for LinkedIn connection requests.

Easy to use, I often don't need to browse through different platforms to complete all my prospecting activities.

Groove is well suited for salespeople looking for a single platform to manage their prospecting activities that are mostly linked to cold calling and emails. For those who are heavy LinkedIn users, it might not be suitable for them because it doesn't have the ability to automatically track LinkedIn messages.
