Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I currently use Groove for outbound lead prospecting. This includes creating automated email flows, tracking weekly activities done either through cold calling, LinkedIn messaging, or emails, and tracking opened emails. In addition to that, I occasionally use Groove for A/B testing to compare open and reply rates.

- Amount of activities synced from Salesforce could be inaccurate sometimes under analytics report.
- Groove has no ability to track LinkedIn messages currently, except for LinkedIn connection requests.
