Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to track my emails and log them into our CRM. I also use it to log events, virtual meetings, demos, and it also logs phone calls.

I do not use the canned email option very often, so there is a whole side of Groove I have not touched yet but am eager to learn about.
I had to manually log emails, calls, tasks, etc. in CampusNexus, but with Groove it does it for me automatically.

Groove is great for logging emails and client events so we are able to easily access history in our CRM and do not have to keep them in our inbox. I also like that I can have "read" notifications when someone opens my emails.
