Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Generally speaking, the experience with groove is positive. I’ve worked at other companies where the work was done manually to contact customers and once introduced to a tool like Groove it’s hard to go back to the previous moment. Below I leave some positive considerations and points that I believe the platform could be better: Positive: Automatic integration with SFDC is essential at work, all Activity Log work, pulling directly from SFDC contact list or 1 to 1 is very practical once you get used to it. Separation by campaigns, process automation, and the option to add customizable options such as first name, company, and at the same time have a fallback if the right data is not written, brings a lot of confidence. Points to improve: My main problem today is finding a contact within the groove. Once I add this contact it is very difficult to manually find this contact in the midst of so many flows, the search bar does not work, and looking for flow by flow and step by step is neither practical nor intuitive. Another point is the fact that sometimes the tool is flagged as a mass email campaign.
  • SFDC Integration
  • Automation of steps with failbacks
  • Customization of fields
  • Groover Dial
  • Flagged by others companies as SPAM
  • Search bar kind of useless since you cannot search for contacts
  • Searching contacts is manual and not practical
  • Scale Gain
  • Gain in operational efficiency and time management
  • Big campaigns with a individual touch
  • Follow up reminders
  • shortened sales cycle
  • increase the operational efficiency of the team
The learning curve for those who have never dealt with a tool like a Groove is a bit steep, from the integration with SFDC, learning to make and manage the flows and configuration of different aspects such as schedule, groove dial, and others. In addition, as we are talking about usability, finding a contact within the platform is very complicated and manual since there are many flows added. my recommendation is to use SFDC itself to find this contact and from SFDC in the Google extension, find in which step/flow that contact is.
I have not used any other tool like Groover, specially a tool that encompasses all these features

Do you think Groove, a Clari company delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Groove, a Clari company's feature set?

Yes

Did Groove, a Clari company live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Groove, a Clari company go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Groove, a Clari company again?

Yes

super recommended for all stages of a sales process, from discovery to post-sales. The possibility to make a customizable email makes a difference. I don’t recommend creating many simultaneous flows because the process will be very confusing, since finding a person inside the platform and knowing what stage they are in is not automatic, easy, or intuitive
