Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Use Groove to automate our inbound and outbound sales efforts. Allows us to reach out to more prospects more efficiently. Groove helps me stay on top of my daily tasks without letting things slip through the crack.

I give it a 7 because there are some features I don't use.
Groove is much easier to use. Email and calling cadences are much easier to utilize.

Groove is great for all aspects of sales. The Omni dialer allows me to call twice as many people I would with a softphone.
