Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Using it to streamline inputs into SFDC by the sales team(s). Also, we use it to track email opens and things of that nature. Ultimately, Groove is a great tool to gauge sales member performance. We've also used the service to manage and store leads.

Groove is very user-friendly - the solution is exceptionally easy to get a hang of and the integration with SFDC is incredibly seamless. The issue with Groove is that sometimes the log-in process is incredibly tedious. It has happened multiple times where myself and the team are unable to log in due to a backend issue on Groove's end.
Each sales rep probably saves between 1-5 hours per week with all the various tasks and activities. This means more time for outreach and business dev.
We've looked at a number of other services including Pardot, LeadIQ, and Hubspot. However, Groove always provided the most bang for our buck. It is a more economical option than some of the others that I have mentioned, and it also has more features than some of the other solutions. This makes it a no-brainer choice.

Groove makes a lot of sense when you are building a sales organization or a business development team from scratch. It is also an exceptional tool that the marketing team can be able to use because it is a great storage system for all things related to outbound outreach. It is not great for product research-related things because the data is often not trustworthy in my opinion.
