Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove to prospect in my territory, which is three states. I have a lot of territory to cover and by doing Flows, I am able to spread the word about our services more efficiently. I use Groove to connect with current customers and also prospective students. I use Groove to log my calls in Salesforce and this is a huge time saver.
Pros
- Saves time.
- Tracks prospecting.
- Logs calls.
- Logs activity in Salesforce.
Cons
- Email contacts that are NOT in Salesforce.
- Organize dashboard to be a little more user friendly.
- The ability to edit templates that are not yet copied.
- Logging calls/emails.
- Prospecting.
- Being able to touch multiple contacts at one time.
- Huge time saver.
- Automated actions pinpoint hot leads.
- The set ahead feature makes planning your week easy.
- Using Groove to send weekly newsletters to current customer flows is also great for retention.
Grooves interface with SF is far superior to other products I have used in the past.
