Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use groove mainly to send mass emails and track if they are viewed. I have not really tried the other items that you can use Groove for but it is fantastic for sending mass messages quickly. I like the fact that the tracker will show you when an email is opened and how many times someone has viewed it. Helps me know that I am being responded to!

Very easy and user friendly. The dashboard is clean and easy to read. The tracking system is on the homepage and offers a lot of information that you could use for a report. I think that because everything is so simple and clean, it streamlines the way I got about using Groove.
I haven't used anything else but this seems to be top notch! I use Salesforce and Gsuite in addition to Groove and think Groove has been a great integration with google and Salesforce for logging my activities. It really makes my day to day so much easier knowing I can use Groove.

It helps get emails out even if you may not be online! This feature is great in case you have an important message or deadline to hit and you may either be too busy to send multiple emails or you can schedule it ahead before a vacation. It truly is a life saving item!
