Overall Satisfaction with Groove

I use Groove to handle all messaging and calls at my organization. Our use case is following up on leads and seeing who is active vs not active. Groove tracks calling rates and responses which help us analyze our strategies and possibly change it up. Emailing with Groove, it shows us who opens our links and how many times they open it. This helps us change our messaging if it doesn't work.

Groove is easy to use. It does glitch sometimes where you have to reload the platform. Something that would help is having better user accessibility to flows. It can be tough trying to navigate since it keeps reloading every time you click on a flow. Other than that, Groove has helped me book dozens of meetings and gain millions in deals.

A scenario Groove is well suited for is reaching out to a hot lead. I am able to see if they share my link across the world. I can see how many times they open a link or email. It signals me to call them or send a specific targeted email if they are very active.
