Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to send email campaigns to thousands of customers. It allows to conduct 1:many relationship management.

Groove has an easier UI than typical SaaS products. Its easy to configure settings
Groove suited the needs better I assume, it is not my decision what we use though. I just work here.

It works well when we want to distribute a resource to many of our customers or request check-in calls with many. It allows us to appear as if the message was not automated.
