Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove allows sales teams to quickly assign contacts to templated outreach and quickly customize messaging/calls without losing track of prospects.

slight room to improve how tasks could be sorted
groove is a much simpler interface and feels less clunky than Salesloft, though both are good tools. template sharing and engagement visibility have been more easily performed for me in groove than Salesloft.

Groove is great for sales and marketing roles, probably not very effective for accounting or support.
