Overall Satisfaction with Groove

Groove allows sales teams to quickly assign contacts to templated outreach and quickly customize messaging/calls without losing track of prospects.

Pros

  • rapid support response

Cons

  • i've used groove for years and still don't understand the use case for Spaces
  • Can be ocnfusing to sort through shared templates
  • google and salesforce integrations

  • bucket value props for different categories of prospects
  • add contacts to flows directly from salesforce
  • Email tracking is highly convenient
slight room to improve how tasks could be sorted
groove is a much simpler interface and feels less clunky than Salesloft, though both are good tools. template sharing and engagement visibility have been more easily performed for me in groove than Salesloft.

Groove is great for sales and marketing roles, probably not very effective for accounting or support.

5 - not totally sure what this is asking but we have a handful of "groove captains" to lead new template and flow builds
