Overall Satisfaction with Groove

We use Groove to stay organized with our outreach to customers. It allows us to create Flows for different common scenarios (renewal notifications, for example) and saves us time in doing so. As many companies are doing right now, we are working on doing more with less, and Groove allows us to do so!

Groove is fairly easy to use once you get used to the UI!

Groove is well suited when you have many communications for a particular event or time.
Groove is less suited for the one-off communications that are more personalized.
