Overall Satisfaction with Guru

I use Guru on every call I take to provide correct infomation to the issue the caller is having and to resolve the problems step by step.

Pros

  • repair and replace devices information is straight forward.
  • provide precise steps to walk users through the issue their having.

Cons

  • I would love to have pictures of what the caller is seeing.
  • the search feature.
  • the cards for specifies originations
  • Guru has a positive impact because without looking at the tablet we're able to assist our customers with getting their devices back running to complete their routes
