Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru's able to help me execute an efficient work. Easy to search for articles needed to provide resolution. One feature I liked the most is you are free to create folders which is very convenient because you can easily access your most used articles or categorize each. The follow feature is helpful because you also get to be notified for any updates to a specific article. Also you have the chance to comment and communicate with your team. Highly recommended knowledge base tool!

I think Guru is much better in terms of being a user and community friendly tool. Easy to access the knowledge base and not confusing. When using Salesforce before, it is extremely hard to locate the right article. With Guru, you also get to create a folder or collection so you can easily access your most used articles and identify what articles is not relevant to your line of business.

I was able to pull up articles and show recommended articles based on my activity. Sometimes if it does not show exactly the article that you need (might be searching with incorrect words), you'll be able to see it easily on All Collections. In my experience, every feature in Guru so far is reliable and efficient.
