Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru for process instruction storage and cataloguing. This helps us roll out changes to processes globally at the same time and target toward specific teams in the organisation. Our technical support teams can use it for troubleshooting guidance and our fulfilment teams can use it to figure out specific process to do their job or to train up in supporting a role.
  • The ability to link someone to a card
  • The verify feature ensures old cards don't get lost in the past
  • The ability to push a card to a specific group to ensure they have read it
  • Integration with our SSO software could be more seamless.
  • Collapsible images would be a nice feature
  • Secure platform to hold company confidential information
  • Easy to use on the fly
  • Can be customised to work for our needs
  • Guru has reduced call handling times from agents by being easier to use and find information.
  • Guru will hopefully reduce training time for new starters as it is easy enough to be used on the fly
We used Confluence in the past for a lot of information. Confluence is a great platform but not the easiest to navigate for finding information quickly. Guru's search feature seems to be a little more in tune with what we need to find quickly.

Guru is great when our support team is trying to assist a customer and they can pull up a card nice and easily. They can also share that card with anyone who is assisting them and in return be provided other cards that might work for them.

Our fulfilment team is very new to Guru but we are using it as a repository for our work instructions which will help train up new team member in a small team.
