Overall Satisfaction with Guru
We use Guru for process instruction storage and cataloguing. This helps us roll out changes to processes globally at the same time and target toward specific teams in the organisation. Our technical support teams can use it for troubleshooting guidance and our fulfilment teams can use it to figure out specific process to do their job or to train up in supporting a role.
- The ability to link someone to a card

We used Confluence in the past for a lot of information. Confluence is a great platform but not the easiest to navigate for finding information quickly. Guru's search feature seems to be a little more in tune with what we need to find quickly.
