Overall Satisfaction with Guru
We use Guru for all internal processes and education. It is our source of truth. It is nice that it has you verify that the information is still correct every few months to keep us on top of changes.

- Categories for different teams
- Embedded pictures and videos
- It allows CS reps to provide accurate information to clients
It is NIGHT AND DAY. Guru is far more user friendly and easier to search for keywords.
