We created all Hierarchy, Protocols, Strategies, SOPs, and also integrated Lucid Charts in Guru for visual representation of Company workloads.
All company documents were stored and organized here. Guru is highly useful for Companies who want to integrate all of their documentation in one place.

Pros
- Easy to create Organizations, Folders and Subfolders
- Easy to create card templates for each organization and move Guru Cards when needed
- Easy to request verification of Cards from the authorized person
- Easy to make divisions e.g. Fulfilment, Operations, Sales, Admin
Cons
- Hovering between Table cells is not good. Needs to be like Excel instead of Word
- Bulk card creation feature is not fast and efficient.
- Tagging relevant team member in particular areas of the Card will be really helpful. But not present yet.
- Helpful in consultation and describing to prospects
- Easy for the internees to review steps within relevant cards
- Most convenient in Copying card structures to be used in other organizations
- Our business scaled by 2X in the 1st month of Guru subscription because of no hassle and workload confusions

Guru offers assigning verifications with intervals so the assigned member can update and verify their cards as per scheduled time (week, months, 3 months, etc.)
