Overall Satisfaction with Guru
Currently, we use Guru as a knowledge-based system. All queries from colleagues are redirected to a certain Guru Card that we use. We are also allowed to contribute our own Guru Card that we find useful for our colleagues. Usually, we get to have it reviewed by our supervisor first before submitting it.
Currently, there's no issue with using Guru as it is very easy to use, you need to make sure to provide the correct tagging per card/article so it will be maximized and relevant to the query.
Everyday, Guru is being used by all of my colleagues as this is where we get our answers to our clients.

- Knowledge-base
- Template Flexibility/Suggestion
- Permissions and bases
- Centralized Information, no need to have individual notes. Everyone helps and everyone can help!
- Too much buttons and options
- I believe more suggestive templates and decision tree can help
- More sensitive Duplicate Detection
- Guru Cards
- Duplicate Detection
- Questions that you can enter
- Comments that you can put on cards
- Time-saving
- Centralized knowledge
- Shared Information
- Transparency to employees
After reviewing and using Guru for months now, I can say that Guru has everything that you need unlike having separate platforms and switching to each one whenever you feel the need of use, you can just use Guru. It's like an all-in-one package for knowledge-base and information gathering!
Plus, there's no need to inform the team that you have a new contribution, they could just see it on their dashboard that you've added a new card! If it's just urgent or very important, that's when you announce it. But for small details, minor checks, small guides, you can definitely put yours in it!
