Overall Satisfaction with Guru

I use Guru in my day to day work, to assist me in finding relevant informatiom to each problem that might come up. Mainly, the use of Guru in my case is restricted to user base. Therefore the most important feature of Guru for me the quick and easy to use search tool.

Pros

  • Organize knowledge
  • Find relevant articles
  • Notifies me of any changes

Cons

  • AI, as a new features, is not always correct
  • Zooming in on pictures
  • Searching for relevant informations using synonyms
  • Summarized the knowledge
  • Made it easy to access
  • In some cases, it's hard to find specific knowledge
It is a great tool, makes my every day work a lot easier and provides me with the independence of finding information on my own, that I, otherwise, would have to ask a collegue for. I gave a 9 because sometimes I have a hard time using certain feature with it, such as the AI search tool.
