Overall Satisfaction with Guru

It helps us find the answers to frequently asked questions or information on company products or rules/regulations. I use it frequently to find information easily through the extension. It is usually used to provide information on anything the customer must have asked. It helps save time. Knowledge management is the right word.

Pros

  • Knowledge Cards for quick information review
  • Update and verify information on the guru cards
  • Extension provided for ease of access to find any piece of information any time
  • Great UI, better navigation

Cons

  • Better keywords searching- it should be able to find the relevant article based on our question on anything specific
  • Reliability of information should be kept on top
  • It is used for reviewing information, it should be easy to share
  • It has some unverified information at times, puts you in tough spot
  • Quick access make it easy to relay information to client on time
  • Best source for finding any information on company product
It can be used regularly and probably more often, if the information provided is bit more personalised. Better keywords search would make it more reliable. Usability is at its best when you have to find anything in a short time span, this reduces your workload. Using Guru with the extension, make it more usable when using other applications

Well I was on a call with customer, where they need a piece of information, I was able to quickly find it using guru search and finding the relevant information to help the client. What this did, it improved my experience with dealing clients and improved my confidence. Guru is best for quick access of information
