Overall Satisfaction with Guru

Guru is being used in our company. We use this as our knowledge base. It is very organize and easy to use. Our business deals with customers. Whenever we ask for support, we don't turn to people or officemates. We ask Guru and Guru will help us. Everyone should have this software.

Pros

  • Its search engine is very reliable

Cons

  • Overall, Guru was great. In the future, hopefully it will allow us to chat together.
  • Instead of reaching out to personal support. You could just go over to Guru and look for the answers to your queries.
  • Guru also provides security. This avoids all employees to click and go to unauthorized sites when searching for answers on their question.
Guru is just really the best knowledge software. It helps all employees in their job. It also allows the user to check the card history of every article we put on the database of Guru. This will be the new generation kind of help for all employees who works in customer service.
Guru is really amazing. It can be integrated to most of the applications we have. It can be integrated to excel, Liveperson and Salesforce. Compared to other knowledge-based software, Guru has more reliable search engine. Guru can also be sorted to your most preferred Guru cards. It can also be categorized depending on the category the card belongs.

Instead of hiring a person to support employees, you could just archive all the possible questions and answer. Then employees can just navigate through the Guru to look for their answer.
