Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We have been using GURU daily for more than 4 years. Operating in Customer Support and using it as a knowledge and consult database has been invaluable. You can easily create cards containing our client's workflows, give them your personal touch with a fantastic variety of customization, create a favorite playlist, and group them to make it more accessible, not to mention the integration with other apps, which is incredibly functional, helpful and an excellent way to maximize time and efficiency.

  • Personal layout customization with more colors, themes, and such.
  • The layout is super user-friendly, but there's always room for improvement to make it more minimalist and easier to find.
  • Better integration with documents. Sometimes it's laggy.
  • Improved productivity and efficiency.
  • Helped to maximize collaborator's working time.
  • Saved capital for training new people for the team.
It's easy to use; the interface is super user-friendly, and it's convenient to locate, use, and preserve the cards and also manage them. It's easy to integrate with other Customer Support tools, which is very convenient when you're dealing with an overwhelming number of cases, so you won't need to open multiple tabs to locate a specific workflow. Just tap the GURU icon in the Customer Support tool, and there's the help. The use of AI to help you locate the card without the need to search for it by identifying key terms during the support. I love it.

GURU is better at managing the knowledge Database of sorts. In my experience, I could easily locate the card just by searching the key terms such as refund, deceased owners, chargeback, failed payment, etc. Using these key terms and having them added to the Database may create a super helpful tool to locate the workflows our clients wish for. However, I had a hard time dealing with uploaded documents in PDF. I think there's room for improvement regarding this. But overall, it's a fantastic tool that helps us maintain, locate, use, and preserve the workflows that we follow.

Guru Support

I had to reach out to their support and I can say that they've always been helpful. Sometimes the integration with other apps can become buggy, and we always report to them and they reach out to us super fast when it's time to deliver the good news about the fixes. They have trained people specifically for this task.

We felt that we didn't need it. The support itself is great and it would be a waste of resources to do so. BUt I believe that other more demading products may have the need for it. But as far as we know our Team did not request it at all.
