Overall Satisfaction with Guru
We have been using GURU daily for more than 4 years. Operating in Customer Support and using it as a knowledge and consult database has been invaluable. You can easily create cards containing our client's workflows, give them your personal touch with a fantastic variety of customization, create a favorite playlist, and group them to make it more accessible, not to mention the integration with other apps, which is incredibly functional, helpful and an excellent way to maximize time and efficiency.

- Easy to search and locate the cards.
- Integration with other apps to help us save time.
- Create your own Favorite list to maximize efficiency.
Cons
- Personal layout customization with more colors, themes, and such.
- The layout is super user-friendly, but there's always room for improvement to make it more minimalist and easier to find.
- Better integration with documents. Sometimes it's laggy.
- Improved productivity and efficiency.
- Helped to maximize collaborator's working time.
- Saved capital for training new people for the team.

We felt that we didn't need it. The support itself is great and it would be a waste of resources to do so. BUt I believe that other more demading products may have the need for it. But as far as we know our Team did not request it at all.
