We use Guru as our knowledge-based system. It is our repository for process and product information. Guru greatly helps us agents to access articles relevant to the issue we are handling. Thus, reducing the need to reach out to a subject matter expert regarding commonly asked inquiry.

- Search bar provides suggested articles based on keywords.
- Provides very relevant suggestions, it prioritizes frequently accessed articles.
Cons
- I hope there is a way for us to determine what was changed or updated once an article is updated.
- It helps with customer satisfaction, as inquiries are handled efficiently.
