Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
We use it for onboarding new clients and tracking payroll and management. We also use it to oversee the deliverance of different benefits so employees can see different options that are available to them. The platform makes it easy to navigate these issues and removes the need for a full-time Human Resources professional to manage these issues.

Paycom is really ugly, and the interface is not easy to navigate. I think it's often buggy, and I can't see it being something really friendly and workable. When I look at the different options like Workday as well, I feel similar. Gusto feels much more friendly compared to its more 'corporate' counterparts.
