Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Gusto has been a great, complete solution for all aspects of our company's payroll. Not only is it easy to clock in and out, but it reminds me of upcoming days off. It reminds me to check my hours at the end of each pay period, so I can catch any problems before my paycheck is processed.
Pros
- Reminds me to review my hours at the end of each pay period, before my paycheck is processed
- Notifies me when my boss approves my PTO request
- Reminds me of upcoming PTO days and holidays
- Tells me when my next payday is, and notifies me when I get paid!
Cons
- I would like to be able to access Gusto offline
- It provides a tool for saving for a rainy day, but I would like to see Gusto offer investment advice. Investing is much better than saving.
- I would like to see Gusto give tips on how to be a better employee
- It has reduced payroll processing time by over 30%!
- It has completely eliminated employees complaining about errors in their paychecks!
- It has eliminated any confusion as to whether my boss knows when I'm taking a day off and whether or not he's okay with it!
Gusto is far superior to other payroll software I have used! I can clock in and out using the app, so there is no longer a need for a workplace time clock. Gusto is the first software I've used that reminds employees to check their hours at the end of a pay period, eliminating disputes about accuracy of paychecks. Gusto is the first payroll software I've used that seamlessly manages employee PTO dates.
