We use Gusto as a complete HR SaaS system for payroll, time tracking (hrs), time off (PTO), Benefits, Performance and Expenses.
Pros

- Training / Onboarding
- Site branding
- We have onboarded quickly, saving additional employee hours for such a purpose
- Saved the need for paperwork archiving services of $6000/year
- Reduced the close-rate of benefits section, avoiding fees of $12,000/ year

Gusto is a modern, tech-driven HR and Payroll administration solution, whose API integrations are well managed and comprehensive. It may not scale to billion dollar corporations, but it is certainly easier to setup and use.
