Overall Satisfaction with Gusto
Our organization uses Gusto for payroll, keeping track of vacation and PTO, and for employee-specific uses such as rainy-day fund, etc.
For us it solved the problem of lost info and having to jump around from application to application in order to cover everything employers wanted to see and what admin had to keep track of.
It's a one-stop-shop for employees and administrators to access sick time, vacation days, holidays, past paychecks, expected income, etc.
"I'll check Gusto." and "I'll put it in Gusto." can be heard frequently around our place.

Pros
- Well organized (dashboard, calendar, dropdowns, etc.)
- Setting financial goals (rainy day fund, etc.)
- Communication (reminders of upcoming paydays, approval of time off requests)
- Easy to use/navigate
- Graphics (the dancing pig is a whimsical touch. It may not seem important, but it IS adorable)
Cons
- Retirement info? There may be info on there that I just haven't accessed, but a retirement calculator or investment info would be very cool.
- With Gusto, we (employees and admin) spend less time "running around" to get vacations approved, sick-time reports, pay stubs and tax info. We also spend far less time "checking everyone's work" now that we have Gusto. I don't know the exact percentage, but it's been a huge time saver.
Our CEO selected Gusto after having some awful experiences with other payroll products. SO MUCH TIME was spent checking their numbers, fixing mistakes, sending info to employees because employees couldn't access things... ugh.
