Overall Satisfaction with Gusto

Gusto is great from the employee side as well. Being easy to use, and to understand, it simplifies the logging in and out process. The app is also great, and provides all needed information easily. with the different tabs, I can see my tax paperwork, all paystubs, and request time off simply and quickly.

Pros

  • Easy to request time off
  • Simple clocking in and out, plus automatic hour totals
  • company calendar makes it easy to see events and time off coming up

Cons

  • the website is frustrating when it times out
it is very easy to use, but it does not lack in information. You find every thing you need to know easily, and it is hard to think of something you would need that it does not provide.
Gusto is better in every way possible. the previous companies app crashed frequently, and i have never had a problem with Gusto's. plus, most of their features were hard to understand, and badly designed. with Gusto, most everything is crystal clear

I would recommend Gusto for any small or large business to make payroll a breeze. it is very easy to learn, and simplifies processes saving time for employers and employees alike. I have never been disappointed with the service they provide, and have a hard time finding a reason not to recommend them!!
