Overall Satisfaction with Heap

Heap has a lot of different use-cases across customer success, product, and engineering. We want to understand what customers are using, how they're using it, and why they're using it. Heap (or the output from Heap) is used across different teams to improve important metrics that we track in our system.
  • Onboarding

  • UI/UX
  • Integrations
  • Improved NPS score
  • Sales conversions
  • Revenue growth
Simple graphs and metric calculations--new UI/UX took some time to get used to but once you're familiar, everything is super intuitive. I'm always super happy to use Heap.
Never even thought about any performance issues--although initial loading is slow sometimes, overall the experience is fine. Some larger queries do take time and are slow, but those are expected from a technical standpoint.
Ease of installation and usage

Did Heap live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of Heap go as expected?

Would you buy Heap again?

Heap is good for smaller companies trying to set up analytics. For more complex use-cases for enterprises, it may be non-trivial, so Heap may not be right. However, Heap definitely has the potential to support enterprises because of their strong customer success and implementation team and robust training documentation and programs.
